As a fellow noob I highly recommend-
Support: Crystal Maiden, SS
Mid: Lina, drow
Carry: Spectre
This mostly because these characters are pretty simple to use ability-wise so that you can focus on learning the fundamentals. But that is just the opinion of a normal skill scrub.
lich for supp really ez
for mid probably linam u just spam spells
for safe u can try to learn slark
Pudge has 1 skill shot that most of his abilities rely on and you'll suck if you miss.
Sniper has no skillshots and long range.
Drow has 1 skillshot that you can still pwn if you miss.
Meepo and invoker are the best heroes noobs can learn Kappa.... but at least im a noob that play meepo and starting to play invoker
"Pudge has 1 skill shot that most of his abilities rely on and you'll suck if you miss."
I only use my hook for KS so it is okay...
why? Even if I m iss, i can save my Gold and buy a rapier...then I wont miss any last hits anymore
You don't tell the truth Meepo is freakin hard like one of the hardest and Pudge need some practice.

But then why don't you just play Riki when he has an invisible so they don't even see you doing that?
don't listen to russian name guy unless you want to lose 2/3rds of your matches.
Your suggestions are fine except that qop is really hard and easy to screw up. Don't pick her mid. A super easy mid is viper, and he's good in lower level matches. Razor is also pretty easy.
Shadow shaman is also an easy effective support if you spec right.
Pudge is more difficult than Sniper and Drow and that's definitely true.
If you miss hook you're useless for a few seconds, which can really turn around a teamfight.
If you miss one skillshot as Sniper... oh right, he doesn't have any. Hahahaha.

CM and SS are hard to space, but that's really it. I would agree first time ever on moba players shouldn't play them. But if you're into WD, Dazzle and warlock, they are relatively easy to learn heroes that players really should know because they are useful so often.
I don't think he is asking for easy to learn heroes per say. As a player that hasn't played every hero 20 times, which ones are the best to add to his arsenal first?
Well, I need to learn heroes that easy to play for sure... I did try CM and it was a bit harder than usual support like Lion... I wanna learn easier ones and gradually intermediate and so on...
I tried to learn few heroes that are complete waste of my time because I think it was too hard I guess...like Puck is hard for me...I don't have quick reflexes..
You can see from my lists of heroes they are no much buttons to push or micro management. There will be time for me to learn Meepo tho I hope lol. But thanks your suggestions are good. I hope other noobs find this post useful.
@brooster: you actually try every hero 20 times...I thought I need 8 games for every heroes to understand what heroes bring to the table...but yes 8 games are still not enough...
Nah. I don't try every hero 20 times. Currently I'm learning better farming techniques with spectre, cause you might as well be op while learning.
But I have friends who have played every hero many times. Those people can play any hero to some extent whenever asked. That's what I thought the eventual goal for this was.
Thanks for clarifying
