PT is the boot that every carry who's not a farm-intensive hero usually has.

All upgraded boots are actually really good value. The infamous multi-boots strategy isn't even that bad honestly.

I still can't figure out why this kid does a build that's centered on one-shotting people from invis on riki instead of bounty hunter.

Even farming heroes like antimage prefer to go for PT because since it does give the most stats. I still like phase more on heroes like juggernaut or bounty hunter for the chase down potential.

I don't like bounty hunter for some reason.

Riki's ult and W are much better than BH's imo.

Bounty hunter is very boring.
