there's a cooldown on unpause about, 6 minutes during which one cannot unpause and if 3 of enemies pause and you unpause everytime and they pause again, it cannot be unpaused.

It is, that's why if I wait for someone for 15 minutes I expect them to have the courtesy to wait for me when I disconnect too.
normal poeple doesn't have the whole day for a game. 7-10 min of pause for a game is already too much, 5 min should be enough for anyone to reconnect
Sometimes they have to reboot a computer and then change the settings.
Besides its common courtesy if someone does something for you you should be able to do the same thing back for them. If someone waited 3 hours for you, you should be waiting 3 hours for them too. No matter how difficult it is, someone went out of their way to help you. Why would you not help them back when they need it?
You don't have to but it's the decent thing to do, and it's a good idea to be decent, people will be decent to you too.

Every game, someone disconnects, and someone pauses for them, only to have 1 asshole (sometimes even on the same team!) insta unpause. And then someone else pauses, and the same asshole unpauses.
Can we have 1 unpause per person just like pauses?
By the way, PSA: If I pause for you when you dc, you pause for me too when I dc, that's basic etiquette. If you don't have basic etiquette, I will never pause for you again. There are 2 people currently on my "never pause for" list, and you don't want to be there. I am willing to pause and wait 15 minutes for you to reboot the computer, even if you are on the enemy team. If I do that for you, you should do it for me too.
