Also do something to stop those junglers with shit heroes all over the place. Like make all heroes take 10000000% bonus damage from jungle creeps before min 10 but not their controlled units so legit junglers are still viable but shit ones are not even doable anymore.
If you play Captain's mode there are actually some people who start the game by saying I play support.
Learn how to play solo support lol.
It's not easy, but it's possible.
In my admittedly limited experience, the key to succeeding isn't to buy all smokes and wards all the time - it's about warding efficiently, finding what limited farm there is on the map (empty lanes etc.), playing objective gaming, itemizing efficiently, and crucially, striking a balance between buying those support consumables and your core items, so you arent just a 420 walking gold during the late game.
You have to be a little greedy, but not too greedy.
This article explains more eloquently than i ever could:
All pick sometimes is filled with bunch of idiots
but Captain's mode is often filled with those who really wanted to win by start working together
The trick to getting successful reports is to accuse someone of racism. I reported someone for communication abuse earlier today, said they flamed me and were racist. Hey presto tonight I got a "we have acted on your report" message. Easy 24 hour communication ban for a guy because he picked spectre against me.
100% of my games, I have at least 1 support :D
Just reached 2k solo
and yeah in 95% of the games there will be an int hero, he might even say that he'll "support", but that still dioesnt stop him from trying to go fast aghs and shit/ not getting needed vision/detection etc
Can't imagine why anyone would want to have a 2k support. The one time I had a 2k venge in my lane it was so fucking bad I bought iron Talon on slark and went jungle at level 4
Io claiming that he will support and guess what
Ward Y/B: 0/0
GGWP I lost that game because of him
Scrublords of 2K... Know how to play supports or stay in Nomal skill forever
Don't complain unless u urself pick a support when there r 4 carries
Support or Techies
:P I'm one of last of the 2k supports
2k is the new 1k.. I remember grinding up to 2k and how fun it was.. playing Treant, playing Omni.. EZ wins at low mmr. When I hit 2k I realized it gets much worse. 2k is 4-5 carries every game on both teams.. even if it means you have a support pick last hitting while your carry tries to cs.
Everyone tries to last hit the heroes, only to complain about your K/D without assists. I also have a lot of games where more than one player goes below 1 K/D/A
I started to know I was getting buried when I noticed myself guessing games correctly every time in the game chat, I can guess the match time even. I am almost always teamed up on the team with less matches played, so that may be why I lose.
Solo support isn't that bad when you learn to effectively use the jungle. You can't passively sit in lane and deny(your carry can do that himself). You should just be stacking/farming jungle and rotating for kills
3-4k is same shit. People just play a bit better but with more skill comes more douchyness so dont get your hopes up pal
- I know how to play a decent support but I only play support when they call mid, carry and offlane. I never jungle.
- why would I wish for 5 carries xD. If its because 2k players cant use the space to farm then 5 supports are better since no farm is needed.
- why should I quit dota if I play CM?
- Im not wining about feeders and Im not omg my team always feeds. I am winning my games but a lot of them especially in ranked All Pick are absolute cancer.
^ Vohiyo. Most supports do know how to aggro and zone out and pull and stack. And even if they dont, I play mostly mid so I dont give a fuck xD. I only play carry with my friends who know how to pull and zone out and stack.
Actaully man high 2k lie between 2750 and 3000 was worst range I ever played in before . People lose there minds when they get close to 3k

Holy shit. Once I hit 2.7k there were litteraly no support players. Even when I tried to play CM like what I used to do and focre some picks into support, they dont play as support and end up not buying a single ward. Does salt level drop down at 3k or something?
