All the Russians I know play EU West not EU East, its because ping is worse to EU East from Moscow than EU West, I think.

EU West server is 70% Russian speaking.

Could you ask those russians whats the ping to actual Russia server? Maybe they will have better quality games there than EU West.

The ping is better on EU West, and also there's more Russian speakers on Eu West.

u know, the russian server isnt actually amywhere in russia(its in sweden cause russians are such dirty corrupt fuckstains, even russian online companies operate outside of mother russia to dodge gubbmint red tape)
