Thank fuck. Now I don't have to cry myself to sleep at night and make threads about my 70th smurf being in normal skill.

You can go to dotamax or YASP to check what's your bracket

Sorry for the trouble. We're processing a backlog of skill bracket data and it should show up within an hour or so.

Just remove skill brackets entirely, would triple quality post %
