Maybe you aren't ready for high/very high skill. Unless you've gotten better after the 19 games you played on that account expect a similar result on new smurfs.
You should look up the Dunning-Kruger effect. I'm not trying to be mean or insult you in any way, since I find myself falling into this trap sometimes too. Basically, people generally tend to overestimate their skill level when they know little about something. This can be especially obvious with Dota, when players think they are better than they actually are, and end up making an endless stream of smurfs because the previous ones all must have "calibrated too low."
Instead of smurfing, you should try to improve. One thing I can point out is your CS can definitely be improved, especially when you're losing. You typically end games 30-40 minute games with 100-150 last hits, and 350ish GPM. By getting your GPM up, you will definitely improve a lot, and have much more game impact.

I already Placed On Highskill Bracket but now some of my games are So bad! because of my lossing streak then now moved me into lower bracket it is Normal skill
Any advice if i played a Good againts Have a chance to Placed me against into Highskill,Very high skill or I create again new smurf?
