General DiscussionScan feature

I like it. (Says noob). But it is definitely a new tool that needs to be used skillfully. I think it will also help games speed up since teams will never be completely blind. I hope to use it to lay far more aggressive wards before that final push.
But what do I know.

Keep forgetting it's in the game until someone else uses it.

All it does is let you know whether there are heroes in the area or not. It does not reveal any other info.

I feel it can be misleading, but we'll see how it goes.

Currently once its off cooldown ppl just use it mindlessly, needs some time for pubs to get used to it in the right moment.

noob friendly

think it'd be more pub friendly if everyone just got to use it once per game.
