I dont get all that PA hype. The hero is still shit, countered by Blade mail silver edge that new 7k item. Is there something im not getting?

It's not that, it's a placebo effect happening, they just hear other people saying PA is good, and those people hear other people say it, in a never ending cycle, which then leads people to believe that it's factual popular opinion. PA is a bit better now, but she's no match for Slark.

How is this PA meta? She got token buffs which are miniscule in comparison to the introduction of an item that literally removes her.

i asked in like 3 threads how is pa meta when she got indirectly nerfed in several ways but i still didn't get any answer

Pa has always been meta in normal skill bracket.

Clinkz got no direct buffs and his winrate went down this patch

Bloodthorn is great item, but there are millions ways to remove that silence/truestrike debuff:
1) BKB
2) Manta
3) Diffusal
4) Helm of Dominator + Satyr with purge
5) Guardian Greaves
6) Lotus Orb
7) Eul
*also Linken can prevent that debuff.

Raindrops + silver edge + PT, and you can jungle or kill or lane and you wont have to worry about anything with slark.
