I haven't tried it but I am thinking yes, because drow gets so much dmg from her ult and passive, she doesn't need a ton of dmg items. You usually build stat items to buff that passive even more and then mobility/escape items like shadow blade or blink, manta (which kind of fills both roles) and bkb is often core on her too. So it's about the same price as a s&y, gives you a good escape, decent stats. Seems legit. She's going to be pretty hard to stay on top of with frosty arrows, hurricane pike and her gust ability.

Is the new item viable on Drow?
for one thing you can attack from outside of the tower aggro range, and it's a great escape, and can get 4 free attacks.
But is that enough to justify 4375g? And if so when should I build it? Doesn't seen like a good idea to rush it.
