u will calibrate @ 3600-3800 mmr
u cant do anything more cause u belong to that bracket

Play what heroes you are comfortable with.

Play in any other server besides sea and china.. ur mmr calibrated would be higher.. try it.. best if u could get gud ping on eu or us server.. trust me getting 4.5+ is easy as shit on those servers if u can calibrate 3.2+ in sea or china..

Owh.. russia as well.. hmm basically anything besides the 2 region which I mentioned.. but mind u coming back to sea server u r gonna meet ppl of the escalated mmr that u got.. and u r gonna lose quite a few matches..
