To me, there doesn't seem to be a benefit to having invis on Morphling. He already has an escape and mobility skill in the form of his ult. The only time you really want to be looking for pickoffs is if you go the shotgun EBlade build, but for that you need to rush several other items and I don't see a time when Silver Edge would fit into that.

u dont need initiation neither escape cz u alrdy got both, so sb is a waste.
there are a lot of useful things u can build out of ultimate orb.

I don't play morph on this account but I am a morph player and I can tell u that in theory, silvers edge is awesome for morph because it adds more escape to a hero who is already extremely difficult to kill, it gives stats, attack speed, and damage..

It also lets him initiate by breaking silvers edge and doing damage to enemy then using Q to escape and do more damage at the same time.

How EVER.. the main problems with this item is that .. morph does not have mana sustain to use silvers edge a lot , so you would need boots of travel or linkens or have to go back to base a lot.. none of that is very convenient..

Also, morph needs late game items. He is pretty useless for a whIle buto good luck trying to kill morph when he has daedelus skadi manta 2 moon shards aND bkb lol

there are no hypothetical circumstances under which u could use sb to escape, but couldnt use your replicate.

New Silver Edge seems legit for Medusa, who lacks Escape mechanism. Even if the enemies bring dust/gem, the added MS and ability to move through units give him higher chance to survive. The only down side is that it costs an extra slot (which is a problem for Medusa).

Does the damage from Silver Edge just get added to the physical attack or is it a separate physical damage spell? What I'm wondering is whether you would get the 50% damage amp from using it after your ulti? do you get to attack during fade like you can with shadow blade? That'd be a 675 physical damage ignoring any damage you normally do.
