To be honest it's easier to last hit in early game with the old dagger. New dagger does much less damage to creeps. U can get every cs with the old pa no problem, they should improve dagger cast point and travel speed if they want to keep the new dagger. Just for last hitting in a hard lane. Old pa is much better in early game imo, it's much easier to snowball with farm as old pa.
how do you build her in late game

@Stormrage. The new dagger gets quelling blade bonuses so if you have a quelling blade the new dagger should last hit more or less as well as the old one.
I don't really play PA but I don't know why people try build her as a late game carry. Think of her like Huskar. She's a very strong fighter mid game and will beat most other carries in the midgame thanks to her evasion and crits. From winning midgame fights she should be able to snowball enough to end the game before the enemy can build items to counter her.
As a late game carry she gets easily countered and can't compare to most other carries.
PA at level 7 does more damage against heroes with dagger than what she used to, something like 120 damage compared to 90.
actually even with divine your attack is negligible for enemy cores who get some armor
