Hey fools, dotabuff does show consumed items like scepter or moon shard. If you have consumed a moon shard, dotabuff will show that moon shard + the items in your inventory, if you have consumed a moon shard and a scepter, it'll show shard + scepter + items in your inventory (upto 8 total, yes)
What I'm saying is if you have consumed one and have another in inventory dotabuff doesn't show the consumed one.
