in order to define if an object is falling you need at least 2 points - starting - current, right now we only have their 3rd place at weplay as their starting point. If you are asking are they weaker compared to what they were at ti5, hmm, if what EE said is right then the change might be actually good for them even though Universe is a great player.

i don't really think fear is their best player...i mean..ya sure..after not playing carry i think he actually became better...but i still think universe was the best on that team....ppd's drafts are too whimsical and sumail is a one patch player.....rtz just doesn't have a winner's attitude...

and ya they got second in replay...but they also got roflstomped by mvp...

6.87, at least the earlier new patches....are just dominated by asian teams....mvp..fnatic and i think the chinese teams are gonna be really good too....

they were doing better with rtz on the team, they changed to much.

They might not have many wins since ti5 (a small summit and captain's draft 3), but they get top 3 in almost every tournament they attend so there's no reason to say they're falling (they got top 3 even right after a roster change as well, that's very impressive). No other team is as consistently in the top as them. Even Secret who has the most wins post-ti5 often get around last places when not winning, which is really bad and inconsistent.

A lot of tournaments have been won by a variety of teams the last year as well rather than the same 2-3 teams. Vega, OG, Alliance, Ehome, MVP, VG R and Wings Gaming.

One of the things that keep them behind is the 6.84 AoE bonus gold change that still hasnt been reverted in any way. The game is too russian right now with teamfights being more focused over farming (and EG is one of the more farming-oriented teams).
