there used to be a rather huge advantage for low tier games (everyhting that is not competitive dota is low tier in these terms), explained by the neutral camp location on the side lanes mainly.

maybe you lose 48% of every game you play as radiant, and lose 54% of every game you play as dire

on a serious note though i think some blog explained why this is so

There was an advantage playing on radiant at one point, but still, i've never seen anyone with a difference as vast your percentages, it's like you're constantly losing on dire or something. lol

cause safe lane radiant is easier than safe lane dire.
offlane dire is harder than radiant.
midd is same i think maybe radiant litle bit easier

I always thought mid was even, cause there's like 3 ways to gank the radiant mid laner, but only two ways to gank the dire mid laner, cause most people won't just walk across the dire tier 1 mid tower from the left getting hit by it just to swing around, if that makes sense? Radiant stacking is easier though, especially for TA. Oh, and you can even stack the medium camp on radiant as a mid laner (although it may spawn golems) but still, it's soo close to the radiant tier 1 tower, you might as if you can't reach the hard camp in time you know?

dire its easier to multi-stack and farm 2 camps at once (hard and medium between the t2's of mid and top), so id say jungler advantage is for dire.
especially if it's alche or tinker.
