General Discussionchatting ban system until the new player finish 20 games

I really don't know why valve made this strict limit system.

I am pretty sure it demotivates new players and it is anti newbie policy.

Chatting is the one of important feature for playing game.

Even though, you are suck, you can learn from the other player from somewhere.

But, if you can't make chat, it will be just one side scolding without feedback.

I understand this system established for preventing new accounts makers and con man's approach.

However, I am suspicious on the function and it is even not worth to do.

The reason what I support are that

Firstly, there are a lot of bots played in low tier. I think some of you guys already experienced. Con man already start to use bypass methods and it is full of chaos in low tier. It is so easy to see in japan server where the users are not much.

Secondly, the smurf account maker make a stack with high tier player. They use skype or something else to use communicate.

In my opinion, 20 games are so hectic decision and it should decrease the number of game or make other alternative.

Ban chatting system will not help at all and it will decrease the dota2 new incoming player.
