go to the energy settings and activate the maximum performance option. usually when u unplug the power source, the energy saving gets activated.
Well I have set it to High performance and have disabled the "power saving option for usb" and all related power saving features. The problem still persists

Hi guys. I recently purchased a gaming laptop and am now facing some issues. When the laptop is running on battery and I am gaming, after 2-3 mins, the display dims automatically and the usb ports stop working. The issue no longer persists when I close the game or plug in the laptop into a power source. I have tried resolving the issue myself but it hasn't given me any results. Solutions I have tried:
1. Update drivers
2. Go to device manager and disabling the option of usb ports shutting down to save power
3. Running the game at lower settings and resolution
The solutions haven't worked for me so I hope you guys will be able to help. Thanks in advance! :)
