Should orbs be exort to deal max damage during Cold Snap period or Wex to trigger more instances of Cold Snap?

Coldsnap already does a lot of damage but it needs to proc so I think wex is the best orb

You've got Urn though, so procs are guaranteed already. Storm is invulnerable while Balling I believe, if he gets Ruptured or Mana Leaked he doesn't lose stuff when flying, just the normal mana cost of Balling.

Mana leak works though I got cucked cos I though it didnt

I think the wex movespeed is also necessary to chase the coldsnapped target but idk thats just my opinion

I know how much mana my ult expends in an intuitive sense, and that game my calculations were wrong every time. That does not happen
