This gives me mega aids. Voids scepter is already an OK situational item, no need for buff. If anything just reduce cast point or increase cast range (only a bit, nothing major)

my opinion to VALVE is can u bring back void's backtrack for scepter upgrade able and 70 sec cd for his chronosphere. how many of u agreed for this???
