If sigil gets more vision, tusk would surely get picked more, it's like BM bird, with much higher tankyness and it slows ppl.
Sigil is a very strong late game spell. Its kinda like Aba aghs, how u can barely see its effect cuz there rnt too many flashy ass particles too see, but it does work. Sigil is not a full bm bird, only good for scouting short distances. But if u need roshpit vision or vision behind a tower ur pushing its pretty good. Tbh tusk is much different from es cuz his roaming is IMO much stronger. Es is kinda slow, and doesn't pack the same DMG early on as tusk. Also enchant totem isn't as good as walrus punch, as early game walrus punch deals way more DMG and the slow thru spell immunity is very strong. I do think he needs a buff tho, he falls off kinds hard late game.
tbh his midgame teamfighting has been dumbed down a lot
tanky cores at the meta + long cooldowns + not-so-good damage, RIP tusk
@Alice thats what i say, but, it make tusk a bad hero? or just out of the meta (like shadow fiend/QoP)?
@Daddy the only strong enough skill to compare with abba scepter upgrade its centaur scepter upgrade or ursa enrage IMO.. in dmg mitigation, of course omni ultimate is stronger..

we all, at least once, have compared tuskar to earthshaker.. long ago, tuskar was quite fearsome, his hp pool and ultimate dmg, besides of his high magic dmg was a force to take in consideration.. now.. is like:
fissure > ice shards (in most scenarios)
enchant totem > Walrus punch (which is ridiculous knowing that walrus punch is a ultimate)
snow ball have a saving/utility use which earthshaker dont have, of course
frozen sigil is IMO almost useless.. even having good microskills
should tuskar be buff? what u think he needs?
i am not a tuskar/shaker player, but take in mind that recently tuskar pro games result in losed games
