Some people are hero spammers. They can't combo because they literally only know how to play 3-5 melee cores or are so beholden to the meta they cannot fathom the concept of winning without spamming meta cancer.
Others are feeling-driven / doing quests or All-Hero Challenge: they don't care about synergy, their minds are already made up.
Others are counterpickers. They'd rather disrupt enemy combos than guarantee ally ones. Ideally, you want both, but when that's not always possible, some people go all out for disruption.
Some people are solo players at heart. They do not trust teammates and believe every match is 1v9. Combos are inherently untrustworthy in their eyes outside of 5-stacks.
Void et. I've never lost as et with a void on my team. Even if they build the most garbage items
some ppl dont care about combo's. because they can rekt all 1v5, then end game when team is fat. I just spam invo meepo storm at my smurf . But well, in general. Most people just dont care, they just want to enjoy the game and their hero. Winning is secondary. And limited hero pool.

This makes sense. The people with lack of trust, I feel for them. That is why, despite being introverted as fuck, I like winning, and we share a same goal (winning and gaining mmr), so I say "hi" in chat or try to get the ball rolling to gain a minor amount of trust since saying something is better than absolutely nothing.
In high 4k it seems people are more laxed, but despite my 9k Behavior Score I seemed to get some toxic noobs last night. I believe account boosting is at hand when I meet players that are extremely slow/selfish.

Very nice combo, I tried that twice in the past 30 days and have been traumatized since my Void's were sissies/dumb. Super game-winning combo nonetheless.

Since I hit 4k, I have been seeing a lot of Meepos, and it disappoints me how shit my team coincidently happens to be when a Meepo is on the other team. He is so easy to kill in fights and shut down, but not if you feed him 9 kills in less than 10 minutes.
Aside from that, I have been thinking about spamming Sven/Luna/Dusa since I know how to farm very FAST with those heroes and I love how much impact they have from start to finish.
I personally hate it when my team picks am or pa. If I wanted to lose, I would pick Shadow Demon and rush Skull Basher on him.
Just my personal opinion that those heroes are trash.
Speaking of ez heroes.... I have avoided picking Slark because of how easy it is to win with that hero, but I might just start picking him again. I don't know why I avoid picking easy cheese heroes I am great at, but I need to stop avoiding those picks if I want to get to mid 4k to work my way towards 5k.

Like almost every game, I just wait to pick now, even if I lose like 32 gold. When I pick first, more often than not, the game gets awkward since people do not pick to sync.
But I love picking 3rd. It gives me an idea of what the first two pickers are going for and I try to pick a hero that can sync with their's, as well as cause trouble for the enemy.
Like this game here.

The Warlock was the first person to pick, and when he picked that I got a massive hardon. Everytime someone on my team picks Warlock, I 3rd pick my bird Phoenix. I love playing as Moltres, and needless to say, this is the first game in a while that all the heroes sync'd.
It was so fucking beautiful. All game long we controlled the fights and the map.
Spirit Breaker would charge in, then I would fly in, and ult, and Warlock would save his ult when I had about 2 - 3 hits left on my egg, then we double bkb-pierce stun and destroied their team.
When the void would chrono, me or Sven or Warlock would make sure we were fine. I think bara or Axe had Heaven's too which made Void's ult a waste. We fucking demolished Dire (plus Radiant has advantage anyway) but it was so one-sided.
Needless to say, I commended those 4 players and added all of them. It is so rare to get paired with a team with that much sync. Ugh. The massive boner I had.
Now my question is WHY? Why do some people ignore combos and their potential? I mean, yesterday it was a bit my fault since I would be in the restroom or on 4chan and pick last with 10 seconds left on the clock without much time to think. At least I fess up to it. And I rarily do that. But other people.... WHY?
Why no sync?
Combos are so OP, just like comeback.
Give me answers. And tell me some of your favorite combos?
Mine is Warlock/Phoenix. They sync together so fucking well.
