you can't dodge any shit in this patch now.
in previous patch you might still can dodge few match with Dotabuddy. now you can't.
the time for people to load in picking phase just too fast now.
Preferably avoid playing at evenings imo (15:00 to 20:00)
Server will be filled by bunch of kids who just came home from school and ran away to net cafe, at night you'd get higher chance of meeting mature people who finally got free time, while at day you either get college students or kids who skip school for dota (but still, not as much as evenings)
try avoid to play tonight (saturday night) where kids go to I-cafe and they buka paket malam anjeng, and play from 10pm to 6am

how to evade smurf and account buyer: dont play.
you cant run/hide from reality, they are part of community now.

I really want to enjoy this game with ppl who want to enjoy this game too.
Not with ppl who can buy acc and then ruin the game.. The only way i know to dodge them is with playin party with friends..
But how to dodge them, when u playin solo.. Shld i playin at certain times to dodge them?
