Okay so in the new Monkey King arcana comic, in the section right before Monkey King gets thrown in the furnace, it show's four spirit brothers. There is storm spirit (blue), earth spirit (green), ember spirit (red), and a fourth unknown spirit which appears to be purple. This could be teasing a future hero.
More evidence follows in one of Monkey King's voice lines. The voice line in question happens when Monkey Kings enters a 1000 radius of Storm Spirit during the early game. The line is "I've seen Xin [Ember Spirit] and Kaolin[Earth Spirit]. Where's your other brother?". Can be listened to at http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Monkey_King/Responses.
This is concrete evidence of a fourth spirit brother being added in a future update. Feel free to add any more evidence!
