if youre 3k support and u cant really play core, i dont know how u are going to go further. i think u should definitely know the basic mechaics and concepts of playing core
at your level there's no need to specialize. learning another role won't affect your overall learning much, since there's not much to learn yet.

Do I need to be good in every role? Well... the thing is since 1k was a scrub, being scrub little by little I found my role a support that was in 2k I realized my role. Now I'm 3k still a scrub my roles are 4-5 only can barely manage to 3 can't do 1 and 2 like even 2k's better than me in those roles should I practice 1-2 roles? or stick to 4-5
