For me : If I got tilted I will try to keep claim while let my desire of destroy enemies Ancient become stronger.I will become more fcous because I KNOW if I can't get over the lose I will have higher change to lose again,so I changed my NMA to become more cruel,no mercy for enmies,keep thinking a better and more efficiency way in how to win,this why I rarely analysis and watch replay,but still able to improve by just playing
maybe i should lay off about gaining mmr and just focus on fun and improving, yea i dont really get good mid players im not saying what im getting are bad but.. just average mid player, but then the opponent's mid is always better

im not blaming it on them, not blaming the match finding system too, its just that i really get tilted after losing ,then find another while im still emotionally stuck to the last game, resulting to a loss then another then another, so... how to calm the fck down and get back to my positive mental attitude.. which kinda makes me play better and not smash the keyboard all the time
