yell at your teammates until they listen to you :D nah but like what friendly player said, just buy yourself a ward and a sentry and that should help. you just always have to try remember to remain calm and not get triggered/tilted by the ganks :p
Position urself properly and yell at your supports... Trust me I know what I'm talking about... Cookie can vouch for my ability to make people make mid a fucking warzone.
