It's not uncommon for new accounts with 30% win rate to spawn like insects in your unranked games. Generally speaking, almost everyone past 5k is playing party games (both unranked/ranked) or solo ranked. Solo unranked is almost exclusively the domain for smurfers, so it's just luck of the draw. You might get Waga (7.5k) one game, and some low 4k shitter who thinks he deserves higher the next.
Even though you are 5K in ranked, your unranked MMR (which is what the system uses to create games) is several hundred points lower. The player you were matched with is 4K and is just spamming Anti-Mage because he doesn't give a shit whether his team wins or not.
I know people with 5K MMR and 70% win rate and people with 7K MMR and 51% win rate. If I stacked with a 3K and he picked the most broken support heroes every game and ganked my lane, he could probably get 60%~ as well. Win rate means nothing.

is true maybe my bracket in pub games is like 4.5 or 4.7, but man i got a guy like 2k mmr or less, and is every time the same shit ...
