you think about the match up first , for example aga vs lc is stupidity since you will do the exact same thing she want to do (lock you down and butchering yourself on her bm) then linken is better , on the other hand if you are vs tinker (hex+laser) you will ride him with agha/bkb

Getting Linken's on AM to "counter" Juggernaut is like getting Lotus Orb to "counter" Legion Commander. Both pick ups are close to worthless for their intention.
Also Heart is a shit item on AM. Always a good idea to invest in defensive items come late game, AM may have Blink but it won't stop him from getting silenced/stunned.
well...i really lack skill to answer you question perfectly but i guess you have to decide according to what you think about how the match will go , i see some pros pick agha if they going high ground vs hard defense line-up or they sometimes get bkb+butterfly and just win by sheer force
aghs is probably better in a lot of cases since u can reflect that shit back. such as hex and rupture
