High skill cap support with lowest winrate in game viable in normal skill games confirmed.Im so happy i manage to have that high winrate with support.You can always stomping games as carry if you playing under your mmr, its couse mmr works but this not always apply for supports,this could be some motivation for players who ever think play io, i highly recommend this hero i wouldn't play dota if there is no io, its such a fun hero also once you pick it and playing well your team will love you.
