Nope, you will get hit by at least one solider no matter where you stand. Just disengage when he drops it or focus the monkey since he won't leave the circle

I think maybe we should discuss if it's possible to get only hit by one and not like 3 soldiers

That's besides the point, stand exactly where a soldier is and you only get hit by it.
If its a support monkey king, he's probably fragile and can be bursted down.
If he's a carry, don't stand in the ultimate, disengage and force him to move out.
