Well...

Since 7.06 patch was out and every hero gets their own patches , does "she" actually need to be buffed/nerfed ?

In my opinion, Spectre only changed slightly either buffed or nerfed in several consecutive patches.But, I think that she should get buffed.

I have a lot of reasons why I would ask this question :

1. I'm okay with the pure damage of desolate because 65 pure damages shows the true natural of spectre (Even it can be applied into creep that being alone, too).But,the dispersion doesn't show the real teamfight potential of her.

2. Spectre's ultimate, Haunt got nerfed its cooldown at Level 1 grade from 140 seconds into 180 seconds, which takes every 3 minutes for Spectre to join directly into the teamfight while she on farming session.

3. Spectre is an agility heroes and "full-carry" because of her farming nature.But, she has a bad DPS / Damages Per Seconds or in other words, Attack Speed even in 40 minutes above/Late game ( I don't count on nyx because nyx is a "ganking & nuking" hero and actually it doesn't need full-farm to be effective at teamfight) .
