      Iirc block

block occurs as first step of incoming damage manipulation

Block, otherwise TB would take literally no damage for the first few minutes.

what about attack type? does attack type get applied before or after block?

                Why is this important ?

It's important because it means armor is less effective with damage block.

                            Block, armor for late, imo

                            Rocket

after checking whether the attack hit, block always comes next I believe.

if armor reduction happened before block, block would be broken for its price. imagine you were being hit for 200 physical a pop and had 20 armor. 20 block post-armor reduction would make pms effectively 10 armor for 500 gold.

                                  Attack is the best defence
