Im guessing its either the head or the of-hand weapon (specifically his ult) I think its extremely unlikely to make a hook pudge arcana since they are too many hooks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't arcanas change the voice of the hero as well. Wouldn't it be weird to have pudge's already iconic voice changed to something else?

FYI, the guy who voices Earthshaker and the TI match announcements who we even saw briefly interviewed also does the voice for Pudge. I think he was interviewed by Kaci in TI6 at a fan's table where he was giving autographs.
