i think he needs a bit more burst. so i go for avalanche while toss damage increased to 2.5x

Weird is that he have 0 armor at level 1 as hero made from rocks.

Craggy is a shit skill

Tinys so fun but so under powered .

hell no he has plenty of bust, what he lacks severely is armor and craggy exterior is pretty bad against not melee. He also farms real slow til aghs. Just give him like +2 starting armor that's probably enough and buff a coulpe talents a tad.

He is definitely not that bad as community think,thats my opinion,craggy got buffed slightly patch ago not awesome passive but potentially countering agi melee carries well.
Also in my personal opinion he have very strong all stages of game when paired with io.
His transformation from magical burst to agh imba right click is nice and smooth.

Make craggy reflect or evade 10% of ranged attacks or maybe give it an active of physical damage Shield like Pipe and Hood
Aghs is actually 4200 gold invested for no impact in teamfight.
Only get it when team has the upper hand in fights.

Replace craggy with the spell he had in Siltbreaker.

Tiny maybe not op now, but any buff to him can make him so, he has huge damage output through whole game from early to late, the only weakness low armor. He has great ms, great building damage, great farming ability, all buffs to him can make him necro of 7.06

Ice frog likes to buff strengths instead of weakness I could see him buffing his attack damage gain from ult or from talents .

Which lane does tiny belong in, tho? I feel like he gets dumpstered mid by almost any hero. He has nothing going for him offlane, and safelane is just stupid if you don't have a wisp (at which point, you should definitely go mid anyways).

So which lane does a solo tiny go for? Or does he roam or something?

Think tinys best lane is usually mid , if you growing him safe lane there is way better Carrrys and offlane 0 armour pretty rough .

he has to go mid for xp imo, hes all about lvls

I have a feeling tiny will remain shit in armor and same weakness but icefrog will buff his strong side again.

Tiny needs a HP regen or life steal talent imo.

But a Madness always works

just increase its base intellegence and strength by 2 and be done with it
