Only at 25. If medusa gets to 25 games were usually won anyway. So I don't think that's the reason.

-The secondary projectiles can not trigger attack modifiers such as lifesteal without the level 25 talent.
-Unlike most other instant attacks, the ones from Split Shot may not proc any attack modifiers or on-hit effects.
However, they still count as regular attacks. Damage done by Split Shot does not count as spell damage.
They are also affected by armor type, and blocked by damage block like regular attacks.
If Medusa is blinded, Split Shots can miss, unless she has True Strike. They can also miss to evasion.

The reason is split shot but not cus of the 25 talent but cus they removed the penalty on primary target. That's a straight up 20% damage buff early game when your primary target is mostly what matters in small skirmishes.

Also her talents got buffed a lot. Before she could go 15 dmg, 20 attack speed and 600 mana at 10/15/20, it got buffed to 25 dmg, 30 speed, 800 mana. Pretty good buff.

I also think the diffusal nerf helped her a lot. Probably need to start spamming AM and weaver vs her.

think the only reason it's so high is cuz of turbo mode, like many other huge changes in winrates
