Playing US wont change anything. the south american ppl are about the same, just with letters you can read.
Well for solo mmr you have to get through it.
Mute whoever ist tilting, ask your team to mute him aswell, find the one good player in your team who communicates and make plays with him.
If you loose teamfights because you lost laning stage and always fight 4v5 try to splitpush instead.
