drums as max. remember wk is still really strong physical carry, skeletons are just a bonus for early game. they are useless later.
You can't control them so I don't see how they are that useful for pushing. You can't make them hit rax when you're on rax for example so any creep wave that shows up tanks them.
They're not useless either. They add a little extra damage (plus the little dudes look so cool when they pop up)
they're nice early game. If you get a point in crit early you'll probably have max skeletons by the time laning stage is ending. If your laning opponent leaves, you just push the wave, pop skeletons and take the tower.
