It's level 8,mine is level 8 and i can play ranked,also I don't have any compendium and my account is limit!

Yes thats the annoying shit valve has done to attract new users so they dont get bored and need 150 matches to unlock ranked.

I already wrote a topic about this and I still have a confidence that this shit will ruin DOTA entirely because of "Moral Hazard" problem. DOTA is dying and Valve make it worse. Hope that artifact thing will make some money for them LUL.
