the badges for the top 1000, 100 and 10 are different than divine 5
"no info available" it looks like you didn't even try to google tbh
I think, but im not sure, i read in the patch notes at that time that your old badges will be there so everyone can look how you did last season. So i guess we get to keep our numbers too.
I am well aware that the badges for the top 100 and 10 are different than divine 5. Its definitely not easy to get into any of those brackets and thus, my question is framed in the perspective of someone who is divine 5 and has a rank # but is not in the top 100 and in my example given, in this bracket, the badges are SAME with just difference in rank.
You didnt even try to understand the question and fyi, the top 1000 badge is the exact same as the badge of someone ranked 2700.
Valve said that people can see your rank last season, so I think that your highest rank would be displayed after this season
We do get to keep the highest medal. I am just curious if we do get to keep the rank # as well.

No idea where to post this but hopefully somebody will be able to help. My friends and i are curious about this and maybe others are too but we tried looking for info to no avail.
Alright so when the medals and ranked match making gets reset in May/June, do we get to keep our rank #? As in, do the retired badge display your rank # or does it simply show Divine 5?
Because its kinda pointless for people to grind to say top 500 and be ranked #369 when their retired badge next season simply shows Divine 5 which is the same as somebody ranked etc, #2700.
