High skill is around 3.3k, so you can get like 3.1k or so with normal games.
Dotabuff rating is just about the number of your games that have been analyzed by Dotabuff, it's unrelated to skill.

I cant seem to get back to high skill games (i got high skill games after 4 games and then back to normal skill after like 6 high skill games)
Also, what does that dota buff rating or grade indicate? It shows A/A+ for me but thats not possible being a normal skill noob?
I was hoping to atleast reach 3k :/
