Thats because boundless acts as like an AOE rightclick

Make willow have a 6cd w with 4 sec duration and change that lv 10 talent into -2 sec cd w. Totally balanced btw

I don't know about the reddit post. People might point out that DW cannot target herself with Force Staff or Glimmer or similar items while in Shadow Realm and say the Monkey King thing is "working as intended".

but it really shouldnt work like that, it should not make her invulnerable. its not like boundless strike will do damage to magic immune enemies, so it seems like its not literally just a right click. its damage based off his damage. they made stifling dagger same way so shit they might as well make boundless strike like that if it really is just an aoe right click.

not saying she is invulerable, as every other fucking aoe damge spell will hit her, oh this hits her, it just doesnt do any fucking damage. like some fucking half ass phase shit. so i do 0 damage while she does over 2000 damage in one spell XDDDD fucking balanced game

yeah, boundless doesnt act exactly as an aoe right click, because it doesnt even cleave with battlefury. and battlefury hits her, even though its aoe physical damage, like boundless strike.

but boundless procs maelstrom/mjollner.

I think boundless does 2 things
Procs a stun on anything hit
Procs attack modifiers on things hit.
Both happen separately

it's not making DW invulnerable, its just making her unclickable, I still could kill DW using Leshrac and any other aoe skill. I don't know why boundless strike do no dmg to her for u, mine still works fine

Also Shuriken bounces on her if she's tracked, unless they fixed this.

hmm this should be a bug boundless strike should be able to hit invisible unites so it should be able to hit dark willow too!

I think the reason boundless strike doesn't do any damage is because it's like pa dagger. It targets a right click on any hero hit in the aoe. Since willow is untargetable the attack never happens. Whether or not this should work is another question but this is probably the reason for the interaction.
