Most IO silly build works on Herald - Legend, why don't you try it. I prefer classic IO build though.

With the change to Io I’m wondering isnit really worth to hust straight up rush a domi on wisp? I mean having it online as soon as possible will give you a ton of regen and a hasted creep. Also you don’t need boots anymore at all. How do more consistent Io players adjust to the change?
