Normal match making. Their unranked matchmaking mmr is similar to yours. Clearly they haven't played much normal lobby dota.
Only invoker have 6k mmr, their normal mmr must be quite low considering that they have ancient 5 as their lowest pt member
A couple weeks ago I was playing a party match me 4k, my cousin 4.6k RANK 970 a legend 1 and a legend 5. We stomped them but it was confusing having that high mmr on team.
