sounds like a good option for aghs blessing off roshan but not to buy, dont know how the new skadi works but pl needs hp
the wording on the tooltip is so bad, it says it removes the cooldown but says the cooldown is 4 seconds but you can still use it infinitely. pretty good, but broken UI. agility lasts for liek 1.5 seconds, but the movement speed is pretty good, agililty just a bonus.

You constantly get phantom rush and have extra 44 agility. Theoretically sounds great to me. Combining with the 10 agi from aghs, it sounds almost as good as Butterfly.
