u r 3.8-4k atm, so getting 4.5k after calibration will require insane performance during the first 10 calibratio matches.
however, i would recommend not to delay calibration, because you wont be able to progress faster in NMM compated to RMM, and this last one even gives you an advantage of being able to track your rating. Calibrate now and make ur path to 4.5k is the way to go imo.

i got 0 clue about ur mmr because you play in parties all the time, and all your games are detected as normal skill. well, your mmr gonna be lower than 3k, but idk whether it will be 1k, 2k, or 2.8k.
